Shipping and Delivery

Purchases are shipped from our respective warehouse by reputed logistics service providers. Please allow following number of days for delivery from receipt of your order.

    • Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day (except for Public Holidays & Sundays). You can expect delivery of the order within 3-5 business days

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays
    • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However Labonita takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic Orders: We ship products throughout India and all orders qualify for free domestic shipping. but Labonita may apply shipping charging in near future.

Returns and Refunds

We hope you love and enjoy the product/s, we have curated with immense research, utmost precision and love. At Labonita, we strive to give you the very best shopping experience possible. However, considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, it is not possible for us to accept an exchange or return of a product that has been opened or used after delivery.


- If there is a case of any problem or quality issue with the product, we would be more than happy to replace or exchange the product. For the same, please connect with us via a call or email within 24 hours of delivery. - Please note that if the product has been damaged after delivery, unfortunately we will not be able to provide an exchange or return.

- We would be happy to exchange a product/s should a problem arise, but our team would need to ensure that the product/s returned are in a saleable condition. This would mean-

* The original receipt/tags are intact with the original packaging, in an undamaged condition.
* Returns and exchanges requests will be processed by Labonita upon checking the product returned..
* If a damage arises due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application, unfortunately we will be unable to replace or refund.

- We try to sort refunds and exchanges at the earliest possible, so please allow us a time period of 7-21 days to process your return/refund request after approval.

- If you would like an exchange, we would be delighted to process it quickly subject to above mentioned conditions. However a refund will only be possible in case the product is either damaged or there is a quality issue, for which we are here to help you.

- Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non refundable.
