Brahmi is mostly popular to calm down stress and clear the mind, but the herb also packs many haircare and beauty benefits. It can prevent hair fall by treating dry and damaged scalp. Brahmi could also treat a variety of hair problems such as dandruff, itchiness and formation of split ends.
How to Use
Brahmi powder can also be used as a mild natural shampoo. All you need to do is, mix organic Brahmi powder with an equal amount of organic Amla powder, and organic Shikakai power in some water to make a paste that’s fluid in consistency. Apply it on wet hair, keep it for two or three minutes, and wash it off with water. For best results, use it as herbal shampoo regularly.
Apply as a hair mask:
You can also make hair masks with Brahmi powder. Take equal amount of Brahmi, Amla ,fenugreek powder and Bhringraj powder . Add coconut oil or curd whatever you prefer to make a paste. Let this paste rest for a while. Apply it on your scalp and the length of hair. Keep it for 20 minutes and then wash it off with a mild shampoo.
